Karma

Do you believe in karma? This is a real force of what goes around comes around. What you do unto others is what is done unto you.When you understand this, then you know no act of kindness is too small to do. Do kindness to others and you will recive it back in direct proportion in which you gave. However some things seem to elude me. For example, lets say i had a friend who betrayed and took advantage of me. In a way i should be hurt by them and by the law of karma then they will recive that pain back when the time come. However what if they did those terrible things to me and yet i chose not to be hurt out of love of never wanting them to go through that pain. Will they still recieve those bad things that they did to me despite my being selfless and thinking about their future and not wanting them to endure that pain? I honestly like to think not because love is stronger than the pain. What if they still recive the negativity, out of love, for them to learn a lesson so they may progress sprititually? Karma is a way of teaching. You learn how to treat others by how you are treated and you are treated how you treat others. These are just things to think about.
